Where is my order?
During the period of 26th September-3rd November our Team will be at Central European Rally. You can pre-order items now, we will start shipping orders 4th November. Thank you for your patience. Contact email address- sales@rallyemerchandise.com
What is your return/exchange policy?
We have a ‘no quibble’ returns policy as long as the item(s) are returned back to us unworn with all tags intact and in re-sellable condition.
Please return any unsuitable item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. Inside the parcel please include the original invoice and a note on how you would like to proceed with your order.
We aim to have returns completed within 48 hours of receiving them back to our warehouse, and you will receive an email notification if a refund has been processed. Refunds usually take between 3 - 5 working days to clear in your account.
Do you cover return postage?
At the moment we, unfortunately, are not able to cover return postage costs. However, in the unlikely event should you receive a faulty garment, we will happily refund the postage cost back to you.
Is there import/customs duty for international orders?
Any orders made outside of the UK may be subject to import/customs duty. We are not able to confirm if/how much these charges may be as they are subject to the individual country's customs authority. Import fees must be covered by the customer.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship worldwide via Royal Mail on a tracked and signed for service.
Do you have any physical Shops?
We do not have a brick and mortar shop, however, please come to say hi in the Service Parks at the WRC European Rounds.
